By accessing or using the AC Fix Dubai website (acfixdubai.com) or submitting a service enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Our Services
AC Fix Dubai connects customers in Dubai with qualified AC technicians for repair, service, installation, and cleaning. We operate as a lead generation and service coordination platform. All physical work is carried out by our technician partners.
Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting a form or calling us constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from AC Fix Dubai or a technician partner with an agreed appointment time and price.
Quoted prices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual fault diagnosis, parts required, and access conditions on site.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- A free diagnosis is offered on most repair visits. The technician will confirm fault and cost before work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or card (where available).
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment at no charge provided you give at least 2 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee of up to AED 50.
Warranty
Repair work carries a 3-month warranty on labour and any parts supplied by us. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, power surges, or damage unrelated to the original repair.
Limitation of Liability
AC Fix Dubai's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including damage to property arising from pre-existing faults not identified during the service visit, or from events outside our reasonable control.
User Obligations
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in any form or enquiry
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems

All content on this website — including text, images, and logos — is the property of AC Fix Dubai or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
